A weekday responsible business innovation champion, weekend advisory board member, life coach, and women mentor, Lynda is a purpose-led business leader with solid experience in responsible business model innovation. Lynda has over 20 years of commercial experience in retail, IT, and consultancy in Asia, across the functions of market entry, new business development, and commercial negotiation advisory.
Lynda currently serves as Senior Fellow, Advocacy, Asia Pacific of Economics of Mutuality Foundation, responsible for developing the Economics of Mutuality movement in the Greater China region that is to champion a breakthrough management innovation designed to empower businesses to adopt a responsible and purpose-centric business model.
Joined in Mars in 2018 as APAC Program Director – Economics of Mutuality, Lynda resides in Hong Kong. Lynda holds an MBA degree from Said Business School at the University of Oxford (UK) and a Master of Letters in International Business from the University of St Andrews (UK). She is also a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) by Project Management Institute (US), and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach by Co-Active Training Institute (US).
In her spare time, Lynda has a passion for social entrepreneurship and women development. She serves as a mentor and expert at UNLEASH, a global social innovation accelerator, as well as an advisory board member of Mission for Migration Workers, a non-profit organisation in Hong Kong supporting migrant women in crisis and empowering them to regain dignity. She is also a life coach and a mentor of the Women Leaders Mentoring Program by The Women’s Foundation in Hong Kong. Lynda also served as a council member of the Women Advisory Council at Amcham China.
